Shipping and Handling

 

 Normal delivery time for your order is between 7-14 business days, sometimes sooner: the standard processing time, i.e. order printing and packaging (1-2 business days approximately) plus shipping time (6-12 business days) of course depending on your location.

 

All pictures are shipped thru UPS using rolled plastic tubes to ensure safety and a secure delivery to your home or office, and guaranteed to be in perfect condition.

 

 

Return Policy

 

 SAYBE3000 sincerely guarantees ultimately 100% customer's satisfaction.

 

If by any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the products (If it contains flaws or defects), you can return them within 14 days on receipt. You will get a free replacement or full refund for the price of the product. Please email us immediately before returning the item (in the same condition as it was sent to you), don't open the package if it is destroyed or damaged by the shipper.

 

Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping and handling) if the item was a misrepresentation.  If the item was damaged in shipment, then you will be reimbursed the full purchase price plus the cost of shipping.

 

Please be kind enough to pack your return items in the cardboard envelop or the original tube. Don't forget to specify the reason for the return and what action is best for you: Free replacement or Refund.

Cancellation Policy

 

You are also able to cancel your order within one business day after placing it. Please email  SAYBE3000@gmail.com for your cancellation request and order number to in order to properly cancel the order. Phone cancellations are NOT excepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
